If you put it on the highest (third level) it would short out so I always used level one or two since I rarely use level three. I noticed it would sometimes short out when it was on the dual cool and warm speed but then it would come back. I should’ve returned it but I love it’s light weight. It doesn’t make my wrist sore. Anyway disappointed that it is useless now for how expensive it was.

I bought this hairdryer in late July, and it stopped working in mid-September. I have very short hair, but abut 30 seconds after I have been drying my hair, the thing clicks off and won't blow hot air.
Since mid-September, I have emailed the address as noted in the product booklet--they do not list a phone number--and after four emails, I have not heard back from them. When you go on their website, you can only call a number in China. I am not sure what my next step can be, other than to warn others that, if it doesn't work properly, you are out $130!!! Rebecca H.
