I bought this set with the idea of using the cones to help with the air intake flowing. Sadly, my nose septum is too crooked and the cone will come out immediately. I was skeptical about the little magnetic clamps, but they actually work. My left nostril is usually blocked, but with this little friend, most of the nights I used it, both nostrils are open and my girlfriend says that she’s not listening my snoring on a daily basis as before I started using it. I don’t know why sometimes it doesn’t work. I still have to figure that out. May be something I eat or some kind of allergy that makes my nose to be more congested than others and thereupon the clips don’t work so effectively.
Prolonged use will cause some pain. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and remove it.
