Has a handle to tote around. Comes in 2 sections which I found very handy. First as a foot rest as intended and second as a back stretcher. Take the smaller mat out from under and it’s just short enough to comfortably fit under the lower back and offer a mellow stretch. Exterior zips off for washing. Also came with a wrist rest when using a mouse (I guess). Price point is a bit high for some covered foam. But it works for me.

    Spotted Armadillo Premium Adjustable Foot Rest Cushion

    I'm using this with a computer chair that has to be at its highest so that my arm can be positioned parallel to the desk. The foot rest isn't tall enough for me. I should get a lower desk or an add-on keyboard tray so I can position the keyboard lower and then I can reduce the height of the computer chain.

    Height aside, the foot rest is very comfy on my sock-wearing feet. The downside is this footrest isn't really ideal for non-home use unless it's the norm for a workplace to have shoeless employees at their desks. It would have been better if the foot rest cover is vinyl, polyurethane or some other material that shoes can stomp on.

    I am very pleased with my order of the Spotted Armadillo Premium Adjustable Foot Rest. This arrived to me in great condition and was well packaged. I have been using this for some time, and now I could not easily go without it. I work on my feet at my regular job, and find that this provides a welcomed relief when I am relaxing. It is soft enough to sooth my tired feet, but they do not sink in too deep when I am using it for support. It really does help with my posture while I am typing. The footrest is actually 2 parts that are held together with a hook-and-loop tape, so the height is adjustable.

    I appreciate the inclusion of the wrist rest. This makes using my mouse while playing games more comfortable. I only wish I had ordered this much sooner! I hope that my experience is helpful as you kindly click the button below.

    This adjustable foot rest worked really well for when my kids play piano. Their legs aren't quite long enough so they dangle from the piano bench. As a result their feet get fidgety or they don't sit properly. Having this foot rest for my kids has worked well and is a good height for their feet. It also comes with removable covers so that it can be washed.

    This is great. I’ve been using a back stretcher as a foot rest, but this is a great improvement. I like being able to place this upside down, providing a comfy place for me to stick my feet. I’m not as big if a fan of the piece that pulls off to use while standing. It’s cushy and comfortable, but I feel like my heels sink in deeper, resulting in my feet quickly getting tired. Overall I really like this and would recommend it.

    If you sit at a desk for more than a few hours, you start to long for a place to elevate your feet and get some much needed blood flow changes. This can be used round side up or down, depending on how you want to use it and what angle suits you. You can also remove the bottom portion to adjust the height a bit, too.

    Works great, foam is firm and supportive. I’m short and my chair doesn’t go down low enough for my feet to touch the ground, so this is essential for comfortable working. Handy that it comes with an extra section to adjust the height. That would make it too high for my needs, I was able to lend it to my husband to elevate his foot when he had an injury and it was handy for that.
    Grippy material on the bottom means it doesn’t shift around on its own.
